Khmer unicode for Galaxy SIII (SHV-E210L)

How to install:
   - Download E210LKLJLL5-4.1.2_Khmer.zip
   - Download recovery_E210L.tar
   - Download Odin
   - Copy: E210LKLJLL5-4.1.2_Khmer.zip to internal memory
   - Flash recovery_E210L.tar by: Odin
   - Close the phone
   - Start to recovery mode (Vol-up + Home + power)
   - Flash E210LKLJLL5-4.1.2_Khmer.zip
   - Reboot

ROM:

• Fix Dial-Pad
• Delete all korea programs
• Fix 3G
• Support Khmer Unicode
• Khmer Keyboard
• Everything is like Stock ROM
